Report on the Ethnic Minority Advisory Council (EMAC): The group would like to continue to grow and become active in the committee, if you have question or would like to join contract Claudette Trujillo, Rosie Jaramillo or Yvonne Brezeall
American Education Week is November 16-20
National ESP Day is November 18 and all District ESP will receive a cinnamon roll complements of WEA.
WEA will be forming and Instructional Issues committee if you are interested contract Melissa Walsh.

WEA would like to be at 80% this year, and several sites have already obtained that milestone. Please congratulate these sites that are above 80%

Check with your AR's to find out how many members you need to obtain the 80% mark. WEA is at 76% as of November 3, 2009
WEA has 778 members as of November 3, 2009, but we still have a lot of potential members to contact and encourage to join. One on One relationships are the best promotional tools, so get out there and invite a non-member to join.
