·        Board member will confirm their liaison information is posted on the WEA Information Board at each appropriate school.

·        Board member will contact their AR liaison(s) a week after the monthly AR meeting.  This contact will ensure the AR had their 10-minute meeting, answer any questions he/she might have, and if the AR was absent fill him/her in with details from the meeting.

·        At the second monthly board meeting, each board member will report out their liaison’s information/questions from when they had spoken.
